Paying with Klarna
At checkout, you may see the option to pay with Klarna.
Klarna allows you to split your payment into smaller parts, rather than paying everything upfront. For example, instead of paying the full amount at once, you can choose to spread the cost across a few interest-free instalments.
Once you select Klarna, you’ll be guided through their steps after submission. This happens securely, and Klarna will confirm your payment schedule before anything is finalised.
If Klarna is available for your booking, it will appear automatically at checkout, as shown.
Manual Payment Plans

If Klarna isn’t available at checkout, or if your booking exceeds Klarna’s limit, we can arrange a manual payment plan for you.
This means we split the total cost into a small number of instalments, paid directly to the clinic over time. There’s no complicated process - we simply outline the schedule clearly with you in advance so you know exactly what to expect.
To set this up, just contact our team after booking, or before if you’d prefer to arrange it in advance. We’ll take care of the rest and make sure everything feels straightforward and manageable.
*Manual plans are required for Combined Autism & ADHD Assessments, as these exceed Klarna’s €1,500 limit.
