Julie is a Clinical Psychologist and a Graduate member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (membership number: M10492)
Julie received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClin) from Trinity College Dublin. Before this, Julie studied for her Masters in Applied Psychology (MA) in University College Cork, and her undergraduate degree (BA) in University of Limerick
Julie has experience working with adults and children in various settings. She has worked in primary care services, Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), adult mental health services, disability services, in-patient services, and specialist services. In each of these settings, Julie works collaboratively with clients to ensure they are well supported and listened to
Julie is committed to providing a space for clients that is safe, confidential, and non-judgemental. Her clinical practice is trauma-informed. Julie is inspired by the neuroaffirmative movement and ensures that her work in this area is guided by the Autistic community
