Dr Bernadette Grosjean

Consultant Psychiatrist

Bernadette Grosjean is a psychiatrist with 30 years of experience across Belgium and California, working in private practice, community hospitals, and with underserved populations including the homeless.

A former UCLA Associate Professor of Psychiatry (2005-2016), she's a late-discovered autistic adult who spent the past decade specializing in Autistic adults. She lectures internationally, bridging clinical expertise with lived autistic experience. An open-minded clinician, Bernadette is a lifelong advocate for the ignored and misunderstood and more focused at this time on misidentified and misdiagnosed Autistic women and men.

Please note that Bernadette works in a consulting and training capacity with The Adult Autism & ADHD Practice, and does not provide medication or undertake identification work.
