Hello! My name is Amy (she/her), I am an assistant psychologist with The Adult Autism Practice since August 2023. 

I am multiply neurodivergent and passionate about disability/LGBTQ+ rights, advocacy, and intersectionality. I discovered I was dyspraxic, Autistic, and an ADHDer toward the end of my bachelors degree in Psychological Studies and Sociology. From then on, I started to learn all I could about the neurodiversity paradigm. I place LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent rights at the centre of what I do. The capstone project for my degree was an examination of the neurodiversity movement in Ireland. I found a warm and welcoming community, where everything finally fit.

Since then, I have been involved in neurodiversity-affirming work and community spaces.
